Damaged wheel results in Move reduction, as stated at B54 and B555. How to calculate speed loss and reduced top speed?
I tried to make a guess, but I am particularly NOT sure it's right.
A sports car (B464) has 5/75. With crippled wheel Basic Move (Acceleration) drops by 50%, which results in 2 yards/second.
Effectively 5/75 equals Enhanced Move 3.5 (2 x 2 x 2 x 1.5) or so. Or maybe Ehanced Move 4.5 (2 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5), but that seems too complex.
With Basic Move (Acceleration) 2 the same level of Enhanced Move gives 24 (or even 30 if Enhanced Move 4.5 is assumed) yards/second, which means current vehicle's Move is 2/24.
Is that right? Or there is a proper rule somewhere in GURPS books?
