I would like to know how to model a character's ability (ideally, graduated) to see the GURPS stats for things or people or situations.
I'm not sure if I want to model this as some philosophical approach or some higher power feeding info to the character.
I was wondering if it has been built before (I was not able to search), so that I could work from a base that you all have already developed.
