Help with GURPS Space Patrol Template

I'm working on a campaign wherein the PCs are members of a squad in the Patrol as portrayed in GURPS Space. They are defined as (simply put) "interstellar police."

I haven't really settled on a point level for the campaign, but it will likely be at the 250 point mark.

This is my first run at a template that will be required by every character.
I wanted to run it by everyone and see what you think of it. Anything you'd add? Anything you'd remove?

I plan to create lenses (each player will need to pick one) that further develop each character in a certain role within the squad. Those roles will (possibly) be tactician, engineer, pilot, infiltrator, scientist and investigator. The title and role of these lenses is a work in progress. They'll likely adjust the template burden up to about 200 total points.

InSec Patrolman (150 points)

Attributes: ST 11 [10]; DX 11 [20]; IQ 11 [20]; HT 11 [10]

Secondary Characteristics: Dmg 1d-1/1d+1; BL 24 lbs; HP 12 [2]; Will 12 [8]; Per 13 [10]; FP 12 [6]; Basic Speed 5.5 [0]; Basic Move 6 [5]

Advantages: Rank 1 [5] and Legal Enforcement Powers [10] and Patron (InSec; 12 or less) [15]. An additional 20 points chosen from ST or HT +1 or +2 [10 or 20], or DX or IQ +1 [20 points], or Status 1-3 [5/level], Rank 2-4 [5/level], Combat Reflexes [15], Contacts [Var.], Fit [5 or 15], Hard to Kill 1-2 [2/level], High Pain Threshold [10], Improved G-Tolerance [5 or 10], Indomitable [15], Intuition [15] or Social Regard 1-4 [5/level].

Secondary Skills: First Aid/TL10 (Human) and Spacer/TL10, both (E) IQ+1 [2]-12; Search (A) Per+0 [2]-13; Free Fall and Vacc Suit, both (A) DX+1 [4]-12; and Karate and Judo, both (H) DX+1 [8]-12.
