I'm looking for the simplest RAW method to allow casting and attacking with a missile spell on the same turn.
Canonically I believe Compartmentalized mind (50) is mentioned as granting an additional Concentrate Maneuver per turn but that seems quite expensive (and more broad than I'd like).
Would GM's here allow Extra Attack (Missile Spells Only) (25 * -X%) and is there anything that would prevent a PC from taking a Concentrate Maneuver to cast a 1 second spell, and then using the Extra Attack to roll to hit with it on the same turn?
If that is a viable option, what is a good value for X?
