So, I'm looking at the options in Low-Tech Instant Armor for footwear and I can't figure out why it is priced the way it is. the Heavier/Stronger materials seem to be priced according to the 10% that the foot location says foot armor would cost, but the footwear made of lighter materials are comparatively much more expensive. With the exception of Sandals (which don't give much in the way of protection anyway), the best option is actually Light Scale Sollerets, cheaper even than Shoes, lighter too. Does anyone know why footwear is priced this way?
