So last night I had a dream where I was some sort of super with Unkillable 3 (possibly with a Cosmic Enhancement so that negation wasn't a concern), Modular Abilities and a few Alternate Abilities (including Regeneration: Fast and Regrowth). This actually isn't unusual; I have some campaign setting I regularly tell myself I'm going to finish writing out but have never done so that has been bouncing around my skull in some form or another for probably a decade.
I'm actually curious how many other people dream in GURPS terms. For example, with this recurring motif, sometimes I remember the Point Cost of an Advantage and realize "Oh man, there is no way I can do X even maxing out Limitations". =P Othertimes, it leads to interesting situations where I wake up to stumble to the restroom quick and I'm like
"Wait, I just dreamed that I had to buy time for the rest of the party to save the NPCs. We were being hunted by a self-aware, intelligent and possibly super-powered in other ways velociraptor. In order to dispatch it, I used my combination of Modular Abilities and Alternate Abilities to set-up a trap where (after removing my sense of pain from my arm) I engineered a situation where the raptor would have no choice but to bite off my left arm, resulting in an Innate Attack that required such an action to trigger and since it was in the raptor's mouth would it should count as targeting the brain."
So I'm wondering if
1) That sounds at least plausible in general (if not in specific) to set-up an Innate Attack with such Limitations and if it would indeed be a brain hit.
2) How often do other people have similar "My dreams run on GURPS" experiences?
...yes, I already know that I am weird.
