I have a campaign where the players are one of 5 brothers.
I am wanting to stat an innate attack based on the idea that solo, they would each have a 1d attack. If a brother is within 1 hex, they could gestalt to do a 2d attack, introduce a 3rd into the 1hex range and its 3d and so on.
The mechanics are pretty straight forward for how they do it and what it does. My question is what would the accessability limitation on the power be for requiring one or more brothers to be within one hex.
I am wanting to use -80% because it seems like it would be a rediculious condition to try to match by default. BUT, with the whole pc group being brothers, would this reduce the limitation to -60%?
