So a friend of mine wants to start a DnD game and wants me to GM, while I do enjoy DnD, GURPS is my perfered system and maybe I can use it if it will convince them, also GMing for GURPS is lot more fun for me.
I'm thinking of hitting into RPGs in the video game world and one type of RPGs that me and my friends are familiar with are JRPGs, we loved Tales of Symphonia back in the day and one game that i'm interested in is the Xenoblade series.
But how does the JRPG genre/theme work with GURPS, its generally very gamish even when it focus on the story.
While most JRPGs are linar, I'm planning mines to be open ended.
