Can a two-handed melee weapon parry in side hexes?

Just a quick rules check. Can a two handed melee weapon parry in both side hexes, or neither side hexes? RAW seems to suggest both at -2, but I'm double checking, since my character would significantly benefit from neither.



EDIT: An Acrobatic Attack technique has to specify a particular acrobatic maneuver, and not merely any maneuver, right?
