Brief lowdown on world and character:
World: TL8+ much like ours verging on TL9+ due to Gadgeteers. Some supers, not many, but corporations make big effort to find and recruit metahuman inventors. No Internet due to the format wars of the 1970s never stopped. Centralized mainframes and energy generation because that TL 11 stuff is awesome but *expensive*. Cold War more or less continues with modifications.
Character: Secret agent/ investigator type with shady past. Skill monger with absurd levels of Luck and Very Wealthy. Also has Oracle [Digital] and an addiction to sucking in as much raw information as metahumanly possible. Has some Security Clearance but barred from higher level due to, well, shady past. Happens to work for the equivalent of Tony Stark (18 yr old and female in this world).
Question: What sort of advantage or background or whatever would people recommend for this roughly sketched in Information Addict to purchase with his unspent points? This is some months post-creation if it matters.
Legality is preferred but optional. I have a few ideas but nothing other than Contacts (bleah! expensive!) seems to reflect direct access to sources of information in the books I have available.
