Critique my Technique

I was messing around with some stuff in Martial Arts today and created this:

Redirect Attack (Hard)

Default: prerequisite skill Parry-3

Prerequisite: Judo, Wrestling, or Sumo; cannot exceed prerequisite Parry.

Only a few schools of dagger and knife fighting teach this. Instead of simply parrying your opponent's knife or dagger, you seek to cause them to stab themselves with it!

To use this technique, claim a Stop Hit against an opponent armed with a Reach C weapon thrusting in a Reversed Grip. Resolve Stop Hit as normal, substituting this technique. You cannot retreat. Failure means your opponent can choose to target your hand! Success means you have redirected their attack; you take no damage, and they must now roll damage against their Torso; roll 1d: On a 1, the attack hits their Groin! A tie or mutual failure in this case means nothing occurs.

It's basically this in game mechanics: http://ift.tt/1bcWVq2

The more long winded version is here: http://chainlinkandconcrete.blogspot...-yourself.html

More importantly, did I do it right? I wasn't sure if turning your opponent's weapon on himself in a jiffy was worth more than -1, but from what I can figure from MA, it doesn't appear to be the case.

Thanks,

M.
