I have an even more basic question re: the Vampire's ability to "take a level" and this is probably supposed to be an obvious interpretation but i'm in the middle of a game that has halted because everyone is interpreting this race card differently... experts please weigh in!...
the vampire race card says "when you play a go up a level card, you may take that level from any other player with a level higher than yours"
So the dispute is: what happens to THAT player you take it from...
1. Do these two players basically "swap" levels or...
2. Does the vampire now become the same level as that player they "took" it from or...
3. Does the vampire go up ONE level and that player just drops down ONE level?
