I just did a quick search in the Characters and Powers PDFs, sure that there'd be one, but I haven't found it.

I know of Beneficial Afflictions, but those are a joke. I thought I could remember there being a simple Enhancement to do this, similar to in Hero System, but have I remembered wrong?
Is there on Usable On Others Enhancement in GURPS 4E?
