[MA] A Chi Advantage

Hi,



I run campaigns in which there are usually martial artists. Also, I view Chi, Mana, and Psi to be the same power source, just expressed differently.



So for martial artists, they have a Chi advantage that costs the same amount as Magery.



This gives the martial artist several advantages. During combat, or even outside of combat, he can use points from his Chi Pool (ChP) which starts out equal to his Chi. At any time as a free action the martial artist can choose points from his ChP to act for that turn to do:



1. Add +1 per point to a specialized Str. For example, Striking Str, Lifting STR.



2. Add +1 DR per point



3. Add +1 to an active defense per 2 points.



4. Heal 1 HP of damage per 5 points.



5. Heal 1 FP per 3 points.



6. Raise a martial arts skill by 1 per one point.



This pool of points is regenerated at a rate of once per turn and the effects of using points lasts only one turn. Out of combat it regenerates at once per minute and the effects last for a minute.



Right now I can't think of anything else.
