I'm looking to make a BBEG for a game set in the Hellboy/BPRD universe. I'm having trouble deciding on motivation and method.
Due to elder god influence and intervention, the big bad has now the power of duplication 10, with no sympathetic injury. He also has a mind link with each dupe. Each had fragike (uunnatural) and immediately discorporates upon death.
If you give a man access to the eldritch forces and the ability to multiply himself perfectly, and each can share his experiences with the others perfectly. .. what does he do?
I'm definitely seeing a potential for Ozymandias levels of abuse, as well as Xanatos gambits. Given enough time he can execute perfect plans and has a seemingly infallible escape plan.
Is he too good an enemy?
