I'm wondering about creating a character for a long-run campaign that has "Gypsy Fever" / "Restless Feet" etc. That is: they get restless and distracted if they stay in the same place for more then a few weeks at a time. The longer they stay the worse it gets.
My thought was to use Compulsive Behavior (Traveling), but change the self-control roll interval to a week instead of a day, and maybe change it from granting Bad Temper if you are unable to indulge to something like Short Attention Span.

Questions:
- Does changing the interval from a day to a week (or to a month) constitute a feature? A limitation? If a limitation how much of one? (keep in mind months do pass in this game)
- How much of a cost of living does this necessitate? Should that factor into it's cost as a disad?
- How much should this disad cost before Self Control roll modifier?
