Checking the weapon table in the Character Assistant, Fireballs and the like lack the bulk stat, and it doesn't appear in the spell descriptions which do list things like Accuracy etc.
Is there no possibility to toss them in a Move and Attack? I'd find that counterintuitive, since by the description of missiles created by (Missile) spells, they seem to be treated as a standard ranged attacks after they've been cast, as if they were a bow&arrow or throwing knives, which do use their Bulk stat on M&A.
