Muppet fans, take note -- ABC has plans to bring The Muppet Show back to TV. It looks like Frank Oz is on board, judging by the reference to Miss Piggy.

My sister, a huge Muppet fan, expressed my own feelings well. She said that on the one hand, she was excited. On the other hand, she was afraid the reboot would ruin her memories. And on the third hand, she had to admit that the original Muppet Show could be uneven in quality at times, so she'd have to be careful to judge the newcomer fairly.
Anyone else ready to see Kermit and Co. return to the small screen? Or is enough nostalgia enough?
