Can someone help me understand the difference between GURPS Loudouts: Low-Tech Armor and GURPS Low-Tech: Instant Armor? The descriptions of the two seem awfully similar. They both sound like they would fit my needs, which are (in a nutshell): provide prefab lists of armor bits that a character could (at least in theory) buy off the shelf, as it were. Which should I buy?
