This has come up before but I' m not sure I understood the answer..
In our last game I had the Magnificent hat in play and two Curses affecting all players gave me a hard time!
1) Curse!New Edition Rules: Will someone lose 1 level directly from the curse and another one from my deflected curse?
2) Curse! Arbitrary Game Balance: If the curse was played on me, would I go up a level? If it was played on another player how would I be affected?
