I love the ideas presented in Pyramid #3/65 - Alternate GURPS III, under Team Up! they're great for any team that's trained together for an extended period of time, or for an insectoid fantasy race that's incredibly focused on the idea of teamwork.
I have one question. How would you represent exceptional team players who find themselves working with a group of people they don't know? It seems that their practice working with others should confer some advantages. Natural Leader works fine for an individual who'd good at command, but some people are great team players without being great leaders.
To go back to my example of the fantasy race. It'd be cool to be able to make an entire race that are fantastic team players, but it seems unfair on the player if none of the other characters are good at working together.
