Attacker A lays a mine. Attacker B lays a second mine next to the first mine, making a 1" by 1/2" line of mines. Defender C runs perpendicular through that line, right down the middle, going directly across 1/4" of each counter in the same phase - both mines ignite and do enough damage to wipe out the Driver and there is no Gunner. Which attacker gets credit for the kill? You can't argue that Attacker A triggered a minuscule before Attacker B with a passive dropped weapon, can you?
There are many other scenarios that can create a similar situation - Two attackers fire into a breached side of the defender and both kill the crew, for example. Who gets the kill when each of simultaneous attacks takes out the target?
I have no clear opinion on this - just looking for other opinions.
