Players in my Supers campaign, please do not read below.
I want to stat an advantage that works in the following way: It would have a rating R and when the person having the advantage is attacked, they would roll against R. On a success the attack would miss. This roll would be in addition to any active defence rolls made and available whether the user was aware of the attack at all. The version I want would be described as the user oscillating in and out of reality so that some abilities simply pass through him/her and have Costs FP X/min, but it could also be described as some who attacks veer away from or a certain form of luck.
I couldn't find any way to stat this in either Basic or Powers. Can anyone think of a way that I missed and if not, what do you think is a reasonable cost?
