Cinematic Play: Strength Minimum for Weapons

Hi guys, new to GURPS here and playing around with a conversion for a somehwat cinematic/cartoony setting. Trying to determine what I can use for a racial feature that essentially ignores ST minimum for weapons and only this.



Research has pulled up doing Striking ST (-80% for No Damage), but what are thoughts on creating a cinematic advantage that ignores strength minimums for wielding weapons in general. Only the minimum though.



Apologies if this has popped up before, but after some searching I haven't seen anything else outside of Striking ST advanatage with the limitation attached.
