Is it legal to combine Link (+10%) to alternate abilities? I am building an affliction-based power were the user inflicts on the target and then on themselves as well, however the affect on themself is variable. I see putting a +10% link in the afflict target part and a +10% in each of the afflict self parts and making those alternate abilities of each other.
If it is not legal... since I'm the GM do you see this as being excessively broken or a "if you want to do it it is balanced enough possibly for an individual's game"?
