OK, this is something I want to double check with the other forum members, the actual ability to cast spells (At least outside of high mana areas) is Magery 0 and ONLY Magery 0, right?
So if a character acquires a LEVEL of Magery via some unusual method that grants him Magery 1 (Most likely stealing a Gadget from a villain that ups his Magery) the character can learn spells that have a prerequisite of Magery 1 (He can already spells that have NO Magery prerequisite from what I can tell) but he can't CAST those spells outside a high Mana area
