[Psi] Help with Mental Blow

I'm trying to change the Mental Blow power (PP.65) from the "Telereceive Ranges" (PP.59) to the "Psionic Range Table" (PP.22).



The reason I'm looking to do this for an attack that is effective up to 10yds away, but is not dependent on skill, so at close range it's not overpowering.



Any help in this endevor is appreceated.



The Telereceive ranges are: skin to skin, any touch, -1/yd, speed/rang table, Long distance modifiers.

The Psionic Range Table has a fixed range per level.
