Multiple Energy Reserves

OK, I'm not talking about having multiple ER's for different Power Sources, like Psi and Magic, but in having multiple for ER's for the same Power Source, like having a normal internal Magic ER and also having a Magic ER that has the Gadget Limitation.



1) Is this legal? Would you, as GM, allow it?



2) Assuming it is legal, how does it effect recharging? Powers 119 seems to indicate if you have a magical ER and Recover Energy the Recover Energy speeds up the ER refilling at the same time it speeds up normal FP coming back, essentially doubling energy return.



3) Technically ER seems to function not unlike a leveled advantage, so is it possible to apply different limitations to each point of ER? Or 10 point block or something along those lines? (Yes, it's an expansion of the above question, but it sort of blows things wide open)
