Compensator (as well as muzzle weight and muzzle port) grants +1 to effective skill whenever three or more shots are fired (RoF 3+).
If a character attacks with RoF 5 using a firearm with compensator, what bonus will he recieve: +1 or +2?
On one hand, "whenever three or more shots are fired" can mean an additional bonus, therefore character will have +1 for compensator and RoF 3+, and additional +1 for RoF 5 (Rapid Fire bonus).
On the other hand, it can simply mean lowering first Rapid Fire bonus threshold from RoF 5 to RoF 3.
