I have tried to search this questions in google and the forums but I haven't been able to find it.
After reading Burning Touch, Powers, 142:
Burning Touch (+250%): Burning Attack 3d-1 (Accessibility, Only on living beings, -10%; Cosmic, Irresistible attack, +300%; Melee Attack, Reach C, Cannot Parry, -35%; No Incendiary Effect, -10%; Variable, +5%) [49].
It seems like the character needs to use the "Innate attack" skill to touch with his hands. It sounds me strange but nothing in "Melee attack" B112 says that you don't use the "innate attack" skill.
How would you model a "Burning Touch" wich uses Brawl instead Innate Attack skill?
