[Powers] Permanent mutilation to regain powers

So... priests (all male) of a fertility cult in a game I'm looking at have to be chaste. Because they are married to the goddess. Break this and they lose their powers. But they can regain it providing they castrate themselves. What's that worth as a power modifier? (Chastity is -5%)
