This is a weird idea I have.
Normally, the enemy rolls to hit and, if the defender fails the active defense roll, then he rolls the location (if location rules are used) and the damage
But, how would you model a "precognitive" tactician who will know in advance the damage before the defense roll?
I mean. Let's suppose "A" and "B" are enemies. The defender "B" is the precog tactician.
"A" rolls to hit and he scores a success. The "B" calls for "precognition" and he "sees" that A is going to make him 15 points of damage. Quite a lot! So B uses feverish defense and a retreat instead a normal defense.
This is the way I have thought to model
Precognition [25] with One event (Damage from hits) -10%, Active Only -60%, Cosmic: Don't need preparation +100%?
As active use of precognition needs 10 minutes of concentration and 2 FP so I have added "Don't need preparation" as a Cosmic enhancement but I am not very sure of that.
Thanks in advance!
