So TL 9 Interface Vehicles - just barely able to make ground-to-orbit but what happens if they start in orbit? Assume an Earth clone with no tech infrastructure.
If it has a v of 2+ mps doesn't it have to shed that with a burn to start dropping into atmosphere? And if it only started with about 6-7mps of Dv does that deorbit burn imperil the ability of the vessel to return to orbit?
