Bizarre blade weapon to delineate

I saw this pic while dredging fantasy art images. I can't recall a stat line for it in any of the books I've got, so I thought I would bring it here for analysis.

Basically it's four heavy blades joined in the form of a cross with handles crossing the angles close to the center:
