GURPS Spaceship 4th ed compatible with Traveller

Folks,
Looking at the 4th edition space books; however, I am curious – are the 4th edition books compatable with Traveller and Transhuman?

I did notice that most Traveller items are 3rd Edition.


I am in the process of migrating one of my Classic Traveller campaigns over to GURPS, and require some suggestions on ships and vehicles.
