So, playing somewhat grey type of low powered Supers game, where scenarios tend to be more dealing with issues that the local constabulary can't/won't solve due to reasons other than lack of firepower (the enemies we fight are often the sort of enemies that if they were willing to commit to fair and open battle wouldn't stand a chance against say the Ohio National Guard or other representative fighting force . . . they however tend to be either sneaky sneak enemies or enemies that hide under a veneer of 'not evil')
For instance, an Evil Company was making motorcycle riding gear that was infused with pheromones to make it sell like hotcakes and steal a huge chunk of the market, despite being very cruddy stuff that wasn't protective at all and actually had unwanted side effects like falling apart or exploding
Public opinion is usually against wading joyfully into battle against textile factories. and the public views people who try to attack textile factories as evil hooligans, not heroes
My characters number one goal is to be a proper member of the Honda family and to support Honda and to not make Honda look like evil hooligans. Thus, does not want to use her Honda Goldwing that turns into a Combat Walker and such to be an evil hooligan since that makes Honda look bad
Which basically means that our fighting evil has been all skulky, sneaky sneak. Such as manipulating the weather to conjure a thunderstorm over the clothing factory, then shooting the pheromone storage tanks with a giant electrolaser 'Oh, seems lighting turned the place to a giant smoking crater, so sad'
Which isn't the game I wanted to play . . . . sooooo! How can my character work to try to come off as 'Cool outside the law rebel fighting the good fight, you should want to buy Honda products because she is cool and uses Honda products' as opposed to 'Evil hooligan which brings great dishonor and makes people want to boycott Honda', when actually using her bright pink Combat Walker and SM+2 large riot shield all cheerily emblazoned with the Honda logo?
I'm thinking maybe Propaganda or Memetics or something might be possible, but not sure
The character in question has IQ 20 and Artificier 4, Quick Gadgeteer, Engineering (Weapons) 24, Engineering (Other) 20, and Science! 17 among various skills, and I could throw some CP toward buying some other skills
Any ideas would be appreciated
